Technology principle:
Oxygen- rich combustion technology is commonly used in the heating furnace of natural gas forging, which has better energy saving and environmental protection benefits. What is xygen-rich combustion technology? Oxygen-rich combustion technology refers to combustion with axygen-ich gas as an accelerant. When oxygen concentration > 90% for the total oxygen combustion, when pure oxygen as combustion agent for pure oxygen combustion.
Oxygen-ich combustion technology can be divided into two categories: integral oxygen-increasing and local oxygen-increas-ing:
1. The overall aeration characteristic is that the whole combustion air is replaced by oxygen-rich air, and the cost is high;
2. local oxygenation is the combination of local oxygenation technology and combustion support technology, with low operating cost, easy maintenance, long life;
Advantages of oxygen-rich combustion technology have the following advantages:

2, speed up combustion: fuel combustion in air and in pure axygen combustion rate is very different;
3, reduce the ignition point temperature: fuel ignition point temperature is not a constant, it is closely related to the combus-tion condition, heating rate, axygen content, environmental temperature, oxygen combustion can reduce the fuel ignition point, improve the flame intensity, reduce the flame size, increase the release of heat, etc;
4, reduce the exhaust: the oxygen content in the air increases, the air supply required for combustion can be reduced;
5, increase the utilization rate of heat: rich oxygen combustion can increase the uiization rate of heat.
6, easy installation: compact equipment structure, overall skid-mounted, small footprint without capital investment, can also be made into mobile in accordance with user requirements, complete sets of equipment less investment.
7, fault safety system: for users to configure fault system alarm and safety valve automatic start function, to ensure the safe operation of the system.
8. More economical oxygen supply and maintenance cost: PSA process is a simple method of oxygen production, using air as raw material, energy consumption is only the electric energy consumed by the air compressor, with low operating cost, low energy consumption, high fficiency equipment and low annual maintenance cost.
